Wow, this is like nothing I have ever had before. Some sour vinegar, tastes like a grape lambic. Very funky. Love it. Light color, vibrant smell, some cherry.

Tangy, light mouth feel and slightly effervescent. Paired with small dim sum style plates - light enough to not overpower the meal. Fantastic! **Compliments of AP & John the somm 💕🙏

Light, juicy, nice acidity and no tannins to speak of. But it might be a bit too simple. Especially considering the price.
