Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara Sauvignon Blanc

Its a beaut. It feels like a whole new style of Sav Blanc. Great weight and integrated acid.

Really nice Sauv Blanc -- nice fruit with an enjoyable finish. Enjoying at Insalata

This winery pumps out delicious Sauvignon Blancs and Pinots. This is tart and light, and not overly grassy.

Round and unctuous, the toasted side of sherry without the oxidation, floral. Summer was invented for this wine.

Oak forward - dragon fruit. This wine is best warmer than most whites. Acid is only moderate, perhaps minus. Great wine.
