Fuller bodied, lots of ripe pineapple, almost grilled pineapple, amazing with Thai curry. Fascinating to try such a rare variety grown here in CA, there is so much potential for our baby industry.

2014 vintage - maybe a little past it's peak. Still great acidity, but it oddly tastes somewhat like a cider.
