Another great wine from the Varner twins at an affordable price. Definitely an elegant style of Santa Barbara Chardonnay with crisp apple, pear, lemon and a streak of minerality. Recently bottled and should only get better.

Smells tropical. Definitely kinda creamy, but crazy acidity and minerality. Killer food wine and dangerously quaffable.

Medium body, nice viscosity and bright acidity - the sweetness is balanced and never gets in the way at any point. I get dehydrated green apples, some lemon peel, a slight presence of mint or other herbs, and soggy chamomile after making tea - in a good way. The finish was interesting with a hard boiled egg note - both the egg white and yolk. Really fun with a funky twist
