No malolactic but is rested on lees. Get popcorn on nose. Great acidity very versatile.

while not my preferred go to style, it is well-made and should shed some of its oaky fat. Hope to try again in half a decade.

Very tangy like the skins of an underripe Granny Smith apple. I'm drinking this a year later than other reviewers who described it as citrusy and balanced, and about 3 years later than those that describe it as buttery caramel. This tells me that this wine did not age well in the bottle.
