Nice, light body & mousse. Pear, red & green apple, pineapple, white peach, cream soda, vanillin, caramel & honey notes, light white spice, some nice yeastiness, bread dough, light & soft chalkiness/limestone, sea spray, white spring flowers w/ yellow lilies, soft, round acidity and a well balanced, rounded, elegant finish.

Disgorged 11/22. 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay.

Caviar for lunch anyone?

Pretty color of light gold.

Strong nose of citrus, apples, yeast, brioche, fresh baked bread, limes, minerals and light almond.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.

Dry on the palate with limes, lemons, green and red apples, earth and yeast.

Tangy finish with limes and bitter herbs.

This Non Vintage Grand Cru Champagne is very tasty.

Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel, and better when not too cold. Tangy and interesting.

Good by itself or with food, and better after some airtime. I had it before, and this time I decided to let it breathe in the bottle for an hour. I liked it better this time.

Wine Spectator 92 points.

Paired nicely with caviar, but good by itself too.

A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Aged in French oak barrels for a few months.

12.5% alcohol by volume.

89 points.

$50.

Finally warm enough to break out a bottle on the porch!
Delightful lemon bread on the nose.
Full creamy mouthfeel, apricots, Bosc pears, with full on tangerine acidity.
Lip smacking good, and generous on the flavors, as they keep on stopping by to say hello, then linger on for a very very long time. Yum.

Robust Champagne with 80% Pinot noir and 20% Chardonnay all from the Grand Cru village of Bouzy. Red apples, toasted brioche and candied lemon. Big - it really wants food

Anniversary wine! I love this style. So rich and delightful. Incredible wine with so much character and volume. So much fresh yeasty bread dough on the nose with hard yellow apples and clove!
