May 31st, 2016Watermelon rind, strawberry, crabapple, nice acidity, pie cherries. A touch tart, nice acidity. Very refreshing. Great with grilled shrimp, grilled pork, Niçoise salad, perhaps asparagus? We'll give it a try.

Mar 27th, 2016Good but ... Tasting it against another rose and it just wasn't as good. By itself, maybe it would have impressed more. Nicely balanced, good acidity, pale. ABV 12.5, Wine Cask $12.99.
