Oily and golden. Edges of oxidation over a honeyed core with hints of spearmint. Surprisingly advanced but intense with a sweet, oily sherried element. Rounded with a long seamless middle. Drink now.

Nose of mineral and fruitiness. Lemon and lychee. On palate, very flat, nothing going on. Weird. Nose makes me think I am going to be very happy but I am not. Let's see if second bottle is better. Most thought it was as strange. Not my thing.

2007 Lemon, lemon peel on the nose. Good acid, well balanced, but still bight flavours. Even handed between the Semillon and Sauv Blanc. Classic.
