Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Ruby with aromas of red and black fruits and gentle spice notes. On the palate black cherry and plum flavors come through, slightly tart, with pepper spice. Lively acidity and fine tannins make this wine balance but seems to shout for good. A touch of oak on the medium length finish ended the wine with some zest.

A great wine to be sure. It is what a lot of the reviewers say it is. Bright berries, a little dry earth, spice notes. I opened this bottle to prove a point, however. Screw cap wines don't necessarily suck. Certainly not this one.

Not 100% there, I think the screw cap in this case didn't work well with the wines development. Still, nothing to balk at.

Absolutely delicious. Light-bodied and zippy... If that's a thing.
