The table said 2-day old Tesco tea. Which I’m deciding is not a detractor.

For an oxidative wine this was surprisingly gulpable, although I have fonder memories for the younger bianco...

Skin contact white, balanced, somewhat dry, honey and dried apricot vibes. Personally I like the Bianco better as it’s brighter and a little more complex

Nice little funky #wine that shows why this kind of skin contact stuff is so god damn in vogue. Get thee to a nunnery, orange wine!

So into orange wine these days. This is a fun one. Made by nuns, no less. Trebbiano-Malvasia blend.

Certainly interesting. No brainer for mussels, shellfish and the like. Lots dried orange, tangerine, dried fruit, some more dried fruit. Mix in dried flowers, nutty, toasted almonds and you have a wine that builds....sadly to a quick, lack-luster finish.
