Nice nose. Vanilla bean, candied cherry, toast, cinnamon.

Palate is a lot of the same: vanilla, toffee, toast, cinnamon. Pretty good length. Alcohol is a bit rough and spikey.

Classic bourbon with good length. A bit rough around the edges. Would probably be best on ice or with cola.

Not a bourbon for beginners! Definitely complex with flavors through out, from start to a lingering finish.

Starts out hard and fast with an aggressive mix of charred oak and caramel, but fades quickly to more subtle tones of vanilla, and some orange/citrus to finish it off. The finish hangs on, but is not overbearing. A slow, comfortable bourbon that can be enjoyed over ice, but would probably be more preferable mixed in a good ol' bourbon and coke.

Good Kentucky whisky bourbon, with oak and vanilla. A bourbon like you are dreaming off. A must with ice.
