The first bottle was flawed. the second bottle had cork. But the third one excelled in expression. Still realitively young, but a joy to smell and taste. Tasting notes are of the third bottle.
Nose with cerise, subtile coffee and vanilla, some yoghurt. nice herbs during the tasting, bit of sage. coffee type bitters, fresh italian acidity. hint of sweet fruit.
