Gentile waxy aromas with notes of white flowers and just a hint of white peach. Juicy on the palate with soft sweetness balanced by crisp, fresh acidity. Flavors of peach and apricot lead to a bright, slightly stony finish with minerality that dances on the tongue.

Hint of kerosene on the nose, some of that petroleum flavor in the mouth. Medium body, light and zingy, a hint of bubbles. At 8% so, so easy. Could demolish a bottle of a hot day.
