Gratefully less #campfire than anticipated. Spicy & dry neat, opening up to sweet hickory & prosciutto-wrapped melon on new leather interiors. Honestly, this #whiskey #bourbon #rye melange quite surprised me with likeability.

Such a fitting name for an impeccably balanced blend of straight bourbon whiskey, straight rye whiskey, and peated scotch whiskey. Intricate layers and so delicious.

Campfire is one of my favs. I liked the earlier bottlings (Batch ISH-14) better as there seemed to be a bourbon start, a rye middle and a nice peaty scotch finish. The more recent bottlings seem to be more integrated.

If you don’t like smoke then don’t go here. I love this in a Manhattan but just keeping it clean tonight. I love this and thought man I wonder if this has some type of smoke additive. They claim not and it’s purely from the Scotch/Bourbon/Rye blend (undisclosed brand on the Scotch).
