Standing up for a day was not quite long enough, but managed to get most of the gunk to settle out. Best at cellar temp, and a really lovely match with spring vegetable fettuccine. Herbs and marmalade and tea and great texture. That color tho...

Love this. Super textural and was super delicious with leg of lamb.

This orange wine made by Pax Mahle on his Wind Gap label is a deep and somewhat turbid salmon color almost like a rosé. Relatively muted nose of stone fruits and crushed flowers. Medium bodied on the palate with tart berry fruit, firm acidity, only 12.5% alcohol, and moderate phenolic bitterness on the finish. 144 cases produced.

Made as an orange wine, fermented on skins, seeds etc. An interesting wine with subtle stone fruit and orange peel. Mouthfeel was quite smooth. Everything was just very subtle
