1986 vintage, boy what a treat! Very complex in all aspects, from the light floral impressions on the nose, to the taste explosion revealing notes of dried figs, almonds and walnut to the lengthy aftertaste with hints of honey and pistachio. A rich, thick and coating wine, pairs excellent with chocolate cake, which brings out its acidity.

Luscious and full bodied. It looks like molasses being so dark and thick. Candied licorice, honey, caramel.
