This is such an intriguing wine. If tasted blind, I'd never guess this is Verdelho. Meyer lemons and a cool steeliness are dominant on the nose. The Meyer lemons follow through on the palate with a melange of flavors. It takes on a slight mead note as it airs, too. I find the acidity quite balanced and it makes my mouth water. Enjoyable!

I might just want to bathe in the awesomeness of this wine. Tart lemon, bright vibrant acidity with a minerally structure and a touch of salinity. Precise and on point.
