Tight at first, good mid palette. Dried herbs, cola, dark fruits. Very young still.

Youthful, lots of whole cluster influence presently. Delicious though with a great future. Structured, fascinating juice.

Whole cluster goodness. This wine is particularly great when on closeout.

I am surprised at lackluster reviews I love these wines in tastings and thoroughly enjoyed this bottle with a full meal. Tart red, fruit savory herbs and dried earth what more could you want! And that salinity that comes with good farming.

Rhubarb, tart raspberry, tea leaves and cherry. Tastes like Sta Rita and the whole cluster compliments this wine nicely.

Really delicious. I've always been skeptical of the IPOB wines just because there are some of them that get too acidic and lean... This though has a lushness and perfumed quality reminiscent of Fleurie. The acid is high but balanced... Balanced huh... There is also very traditional cherry soda qualities of California Pinot but there is enough of that natural wine quality to give it great depth and complexity. The price is also great.
