Pumped with how this bottle showed! Still lively, fresh, and beaming acid. Lemon/lime, chartreuse, mint, lemon verbena, rocks and just a kiss of petrol. Wine departed a little funky, celery seed and leafy.

Terrific classic Saar nose. Candied green apple, minerals, nice crisp palate. Not long, but nice and stony.

🤓🤓🤓my intro to aged Riesling went well I think. Flowers on the nose and minerality and that petrol thing I've heard about and it's a little off dry Still remembering it a few days later.
