Peach, petro, spice and honey. R/S. M+ acid and finish. Balanced. Honey and apricot. Great example and great price.

Who distributes this stuff?

Bright, youthful fruit, concentrated slatey minerality, floral white rose petal aromas. Perfect balance of sugar and acid. I love this!

Not totally my style but enjoyable. Want some cheese now!

I quite enjoyed this. The more kabi of the two Loosen's had (the other was a 12' Graacher Kabi). Lighter, more mineral, more precise. Wasn't showing much depth, but may have needed more time.

I'm on a roll with spat-tasting kabi's. Not my favourite style, but showing a good level of evolution atm. There's touch of smoky element that was rather pleasant.
