Cru Bourgeois Superieurs. Taste makes me feel Haut-Medoc, but enough body to feel good balance. Over 30 minutes, cherry aroma, taste changed mellow into feeling tannin. But that should meet to meat. @1040, Winona, 161030

A bit more tannin than I had expected but s lovely silken wine. We paired with a very bold salmon and lentils and it was perfect
