Nose has citrus and an emerging something inorganic that I can’t quite pinpoint (petrol? Rubber? Asphalt?) as I don’t spend much time seeking out those kind of smells. Palate is feather light and tingly, sweet peach and apricot and lime up front followed by a hint of the herbal and savory. Will let the next one rest a while longer
