Whoa. Big Toro. Down Toro. Great on open. Held up for over an hour but now getting flabby. Expected. It’s a big boy with a lot of power and not enough tannins ti keep it together. But I like. #psa #drinkfast

Drinking beautifully this Tempranillo is excellent. Lush and lively it has hints of blackberry & vanilla. The oak is there but does not dominate this wine

Oct 4th, 2014Double decanted 8 hours earlier and it still took late in dinner for fruit to come out, but when it did, WOW. Initially an astringent tannic monster that opened up beautifully .
