Sauternes Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend

Floral perfume, sweet apricot liquor on the palate. Phenolics and minerals give this a good little bit of structure, just not enough or enough acid overall to put this in the very top tier of sauternes.

Ripe, white flowers, honeyed, acacia. Lovely sweet fruit. Delicious

Way young, starting to develop some complexity but still a long way from its peak.

Honeyed laquer nose. Nice. Body was medium as was acid. Somewhat primary but well made.

Amber color, honey and citrus on palate. nice to pair with cheese cake.
