My final btl. A wonderful close to the trilogy. On the nose, a touch of reduction, Burgundian noble reduction in spirit, then pineapple, honey, almond. On the palate, excellent acidity, density, citrus, stone fruit...so good.

This could age comfortably for a long time but it’s fabulous now. A little above cellar temp seems to be the ticket!

This was a damn steal from last bottle wines. Built to age and straight velvety. Apricots and gingerbread... yum!

Sticking with the Bien Nacido theme, great white. Nice texture and length. Drink warmer than cellar temp though
