Floral, herbal, light yet dense, dried red cherry, black cherry, lavender, thyme, smoke, menthol 😍 Very layered and kept evolving as time went on. Really a gem!

Funky on opening. After a four hour decant, it hits its stride. This is mostly tertiary—mineral, earth, old leather. Tannins are soft, resolved. Quite good. Definitely needs the air.

Very unique style old school Bordeaux made from concrete vats. Incredible the Elegant and intense noses of pirasine achieved in this wine which has never been through any type of wood or barrel.
