Magnum! The fruit was really showing well and the strength of the vintage really shined. Despite the freshness, the tannins were silky smooth and the wine was light on the palate.

A complexity, no flaws, a bomb! An incredible nose, very floral, of the rose. Black fruit flavors, sour cherries, a crazy length. Just wow.

Still tightly wound. Extraordinary intensity. A big wine with spice, kirsch, cinnamon, and blue fruit. The finish dances on your tongue with a little licorice. It’s only going to get better. Huge upside to waiting

2005 Mommesin Clos de Tart Burgundy. Drank at Fig & Olive and this wine was awesome. We had been meaning to drink this a few times and finally got around to it. Interesting nose, beautiful finish. Great!
