"Alpine herbs, caramel, pine." Seems more akin to brandy than amarro. Aged 5 years in French oak and used sherry butts. Complex with opulent richness and finesse.

This could be my new after-dinner bittersweet passion! It is lighter than most amari. Nonino is know for their grappas so this is a grappa infused with a lot of exotic herbs and aged in barrels for 5 years.

Such a pretty Amaro, golden hued and rather light in its feet. Just what I needed to finish a long workday in Las Vegas.
