I've noticed some bottle variation with this wine. Some bottles were outstanding, others seemed somewhat "watery". Last night it was impressive how the wine evolved in the decanter. It gained body and aromatic complexity after breathing for a while and it kept on changing in the glass. When you get a good bottle, the wine is compelling.
