By far one of the best balanced gins I've had - robustly flavored, distinct botanicals but smooth as silk. By far my favorite gin, and I've tried a lot!!!

This makes a great Gin and Tonic! Even strait up the flavor is very robust. Over ice it mellows a bit and opens up the dynamics of the botanicals.
