Ripe red cherries, raspberry frosting, barnyard, white pepper, rhubarb, citrus rind, game. Lively acid/minimal tannin presence, light bodied, slightly effervescent/silky texture, long slight floral, tart red fruit finish. Highly aromatic, delicate, mineral driven, unique texture gained with age. Equal parts funk and elegance.
