Treviso Prosecco

Pale hue. Citrus melon and pear on the nose. Ought body, full Spumante style. Refreshing.

A bit too sweet for my taste.

Pale silver/gold color. Aromas and flavors of green apple, melon, ripe tropical fruit and lemon. Sharp mineral note on the finish. A bit oxidized and sweet. Not many bubbles and no mousse to speak of. Meh.

OK quaff, not too dry & not much spritz - and frankly, not much going on

Slightly sweet, lovely effervescence

Nice and refreshing on a summer day. A little on the sweet side. Love the happy face cork.
