Opening and decanting. Initially, some cherry and cassis, herbs, eucalyptus, rose pedal, short tart dry finish. After a while fruit is fading. More earthy flavors.

Screams leather and dry aged beef on the nose. Notes of black currants, stewed plums, cedar, and raspberries. Both times I’ve had Sociando the smell and taste jarred green peppercorns is something that I always come back to and absolutely love. Lively acidity, medium body. Made my day finding this at Spec’s. Fantastic value
