Crisp, clean and very aromatic! Normally I am not a big Sauv Blanc fan but this was one I could get behind. The nose was filled with fresh peaches, apricots, lime zest and white flowers. Bright acidity but not overdone; allowed the fruit to really shine. More citrus, pear, and melon on the mid palate with a zippy finish of ginger, quince and minerals.

A tasty, tropical Sauv Blanc from Cabernet country. The 2011 is still holding up well.

In its 8th year, and it's still full of life. Still zippy and zesty with good levels of acidity. Grapefruit and Meyer lemons buffer the slate minerality. Excellent showing.
