Massively volatile upon uncorking but after a half hour of aggressive glass swirling, it’s come around a bit. Packing a schwack of heat, somewhat sweet, yet not sappy thanks to some zippy acids. That afore mentioned VA does tip it’s hat in final back palate, retro-nasal farewell. Some folks will dislike this wine. Some will swoon and lap it like a dog does peanut butter. Dislikers most likely technical winemakers, old school buffs. Swooners most likely natty winemakers & instagram hipsters seeking peer approval. Me? Just a fella who enjoys balanced booze, and while this is decent, that VA is a bit too much for my personal preference. Will argon it and sip again tomorrow.

Indistinguishable from mouse, volatility and on the rough side structurally. Cloudy. This is a great example of why sulfur is useful and perhaps necessary. Also, settling is good.
