Incredibly well crafted and close to perfect. Savory, floral, spicy & textured.

So soft.

A blend of agaves: 85% Espadin, 7% Blanco, 4% Coyote, 3% Mexicano, 1% Barril all distilled in Barro (clay) October 2017 Tio Rey. I really like Mezcal distilled in clay. This one is a little more muted brightness and spicy finish.

Sea. All about salty ocean.

By far the best Mezcal I have ever tasted. Made from several types of blue agave, the flavors are so layered and complex. Smoky escabeche, green herbs, bright nopales and hay. Wow. Just wow.

Pure earth. Subtle aromas of violets and oleander. Very special bottle.
