Good but not great #stemilion - this second bottle matches my previous 8.7 rating. It’s got that classic #bordeaux St Em aroma, distantly ripe fruit, earthy forest floor. Nice acidity on the tongue but I’m missing some richness, opulence. It’s definitely needs to breathe a long time.

By itself it’s a pretty nice #bordeaux but it gets lost with the wrong food pairing. Give it plenty of time to open up - earthy spicy with a long finish and laid back nose.
