Pure cherry, dry earth, old leather. Even a 30 min decant couldn’t bring out what I’m sure is eventually coming from this superb Barolo. Worth the wait, will improve big time in cellar.

Massive and still a baby showing lots of tannin and acid. An ager, this one will improve for years. If you drink it in the short term give it a long decant.
