Acme Fine Wines has this to say about my 2011 chardonnay:

Everything about this wine, from the Honeybee stamp in the wax capsule to represent the biodynamic practices, to the intricate label, to the delicious nectar on the inside, is absolute perfection. Nicholas only used some neutral oak in the fermentation, allowing for the quality of fruit and Eola Amity’s “Authentique” soils to shine. While completely mineral and acid driven, ten minutes in the glass revealed completely seductive pear and honeycomb aromas that made us almost want to dab it on our wrists instead of drinking it. Too bad it tasted too fantastic.

What a wonderful Oregon Chardonnay. Great fruit and acidity. Smooth and low ABV. Delicious. Really worth seeking out. Way to rock it Nicholas.
