Drinks like a Cote Roite. Meaty but refined. Liked the balance and finesse.

Luis' top red cuvée from his oldest vines of Brancellao, Caiño Redondo, Caiño Longo and Ferrol. Unlike the "regular" A Torna Dos Pasas, the Escolma is aged in new and used French barriques for 1yr and bottle-aged for another 3 years.

Red and black tart berry fruit, backbone of fine tannins and Atlantic/granite minerality.

This is Spanish wine for Burgundy lovers. Amazing.

Luis' top red cuvée only made in optimal vintages. Brancellao, Ferrol, Caiño Redondo & Caiño Longo from the best vines (he makes a "regular" red from same field blend). A year in new and 2nd use French oak plus 3 more in bottle. Black cherries, river stones, dried herbs.

What a special red from Ribeiro, the top of Luis Anxo shows Arnoia terroi potential and elegance. Small productions (up to 5000) in this handcraft winery promise a high level wines absolutely unique in its style. One of my favorites ever!!!

Extraordinay Ribeiro made from native varietals: brancellao, caíño and ferrol! Elegant and complex, expresing its regional character! A hidden jewel!
