Mouton Cadet White Bordeaux Blend

Slightly deep straw gold. Very grassy on the nose. Less so on the palate which features Meyer lemon and lemongrass. Full mouthfeel; medium plus acidity. Ready for food. Not a bad glass of wine and an excellent QPR.

Light body, medium length, lemon zest, Vanilla, peach, grapefruit, oily, butter, shale

Vanilla, Kiwi, Apple, Grass

Semillon give this wine a nice round creamyness to compliment the herbal grassiness of the SB. Muscadelle adds a floral component to the bouquet.
