Nov 20th, 2014It was better and fresher right out of the gate. As it got air it became too soft and the oak started to dominate. Overall, a lackluster showing.

Nov 15th, 2014Light, almost transparent red. Fruit-forward, more tannin than expected but they're long and agreeable. A modern flavor profile, and a bit lacking for concentration, but generous and appealing. 18 months of 50% new oak, not toasted.
