2007. Wine like this makes one forget all about premox and remember why we love white burg. Incredible.

One of the best white Burgundies I've had in a long while! Mouth filling toasty, nectarine & citrus, real persistence.

Full and rich. Nice nose and palate. Good food wine.

A crustacean like salinity/minerality coupled with baked peaches, stewed lemons, stone fruit, and dark honey. On the palette it is rich yet nimble with a lasting finish. Very deep yellow gold color. Quite nice.

A lot going on. Parm, oak spice integrated, texture, red apple and pear. . Length and richness. A bit boozy, but ehhh

Colour is way deeper than it should be given its youth but that is the Pernot way. Solid but nothing special

This is a wine that reminds me of exactly what I'm missing by not drinking more Burgundy. Stunning. I can't even talk about it.

So clean, great minerality. If only I could drink Pernot everyday.
