In a sea of Chianti, there is nothing about this one that says "Buy me!" Earthy nose with mineral components and dark black cherry fruits. The tenants are fairly chewy.

Аромат смолисто-можжевеловый, ежевика, черные ягоды, фиалки. Отличный лес. Вкус полный, с насколько суховатыми танинами, много ягод и смолистые тона. Сдержано, строго, симпатично. 15.5/20 (87/100)

Berry and velvety. Dry but not overly heavy on the tannins.

What would an Italian dinner be without a good bottle of Sangiovese. This wine has a high acidity content with a moderate plus tannin and a moderate body. Flavors include roasted tomato, red currant, and black pepper. Essence of cinnamon and sandalwood is also noticeable. Pairs very well with rich meats and tomato-based dishes such as eggplant parmigiana. A good spaghetti with marinara sauce would also benefit from the flavor profile of this wine. For an extremely affordable wine it does the job well. But it's nothing too special.

I would buy this again. Cheap and good. Got better with a little time.

Nice black cherry fruit with some peppery spice, wood and licorice. Medium body, medium tannins. Drinks very easily and goes well with dishes that have a strong and spicy tomato sauce.
