A bit tart. Reminds me of wheat fields and dry blades of grass. Not really worthy of the chardonnay title. Not offensive, but not good. Stick to hockey Wayne.

Lots of minerals but subtle flavor. I’ve never had a Niagara Chardonnay, so I don’t have anything else to compare to. I love hockey and wine, so this is a winner.
