Better then I expected from a mass market wine.

Wow! All the power of Barossa with the finesse of Clare. Complex nose which carries through to a variety of flavours on the palate. Tannins evident, but gentle.

I really enjoyed this wine. A little stronger than most but did not stay in your mouth with a sharp aftertaste. I would recommend this wine three of us had it today at the table and we all liked it very much.

Very attractive nose. Rich palate with slightly sour finish - doesn't quite live up to the nose but still very pleasant. Good easy drinking.

Bought this for my sons a long time ago as I was told it's a great value for money wine that will be great in 10 years time. Well, Johan and I drank it 10 years later and it was fantastic. Loved it!

For a 17 year old budget wine this is still drinking really well. Mostly secondary characteristics but there's still fruit. Dust and leather nose. Integrated oak on the palate.
