One of my favorite Rosés! Not a surprise another favorite Rosé of mine is made by Stephan's former assistant winemaker as they are similar in style. My favorite part of this wine is that despite the varietals used, it still has a softness that it hard to find in other similar Paso Rosé blends.

A complex Rosé from Paso. The nose is perfume of strawberry, rhubarb and an earthy minerality that has characteristics of a Tavel #Rosé. This is a gem! Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre blend. This @laventure_wine is a well-built dry Rosé perfect with or without food. #laventure #wine
