California Merlot

Very apt. Can't tell if good, or if I like it because I've hiked 10 miles.

Very flat merlot which is contrary to the point of a merlot. Lacks complexity of flavor. Drinkable but would not purchase again.

Easy drinking, v smooth

We really enjoyed this Merlot. Fruity, paired well with pizza and dark chocolate. Licorice and strawberries hit the pallet

Sweet pallet. Slightly acidic. Pairs well with a rainy day.

Ruby hue with medium-plus saturation. Aromas and flavors of baking spice, blackberry, cassis, oak, strawberry, toast, and vanilla. Palate finishes quickly with a faint hint of leather and pepper. Soft, medium-low tannins; and medium-low acidity. Incredible QPR for a merlot under $10.

Smooth, no after "bite". Enjoying a glass by itself looking at the lake. Not paired with any food. Very good.
