This 2016 Cab Sauv is part of the new 'River to Vine' @deakinestate labels that celebrate the mighty Murray River in Victoria. The Murray River is one of the world's 🌎 longest navigable rivers, stretching 2,500kms! Deakin Estate are family owned and this new label pays homage to the Murray and its role in helping create wonderful fruit to make the Deakin wines.
At $10 a pop this is an easy-drinking red wine perfect after a long day. It's a vibrant ruby red colour on the eye with black fruits, tar and liquorice coming through on the nose. It's fruity, approachable and pretty darn easy to down. Great BBQ or steak night vino!
