Great!! Drinks just like a California Sauvignon Blanc. Straw color/grassy, lemon blossom, & citrus of lemon aromas/ gooseberry, tart lemon, flavors. Nice acidity, but not to simple. Wonderful with pork stir-fry!!!

Straightforward and simple, but very refreshing to sip with a Greek salad
